- •Identity Data: Public Profile Name and Instagram/WhatsApp handle.
- •Message Content: Text of messages sent to the Nordic Artificial OÜ business account.
This data is accessed solely to facilitate automated and human-assisted responses, and to help the business manage its customer communications.
2. How We Use Data
We use this data to:
- •Sync and display incoming messages within our platform.
- •Maintain conversation history to provide contextually relevant responses — whether automated (AI agent) or manual (human operator).
- •Allow business operators to switch between AI-assisted and manual response modes.

3. Data Retention
Conversation history is retained for as long as necessary to support active automation workflows and operator response continuity. Users may request deletion at any time (see Section 4).
